Spencer Schnier, PhD PE, is a Water Resources Engineer with wide variety of experience in water resources planning and management. He has taken the lead on water supply planning projects with environmental flow components, especially when significant modeling or data analysis is involved. Spencer has extensive experience with water availability modeling (WAM) in Texas and has provided modeling support for Regional Water Plans and long-range water supply plans for municipalities and water districts.
